BoxcleverLDN

BoxcleverLDN provides high intensity, non-contact group boxing classes and personal training. Our classes have been carefully designed to provide a full body workout through a range of functional cardio, anaerobic and explosive/plyometric movements. We offer fun, social, safe and energising training sessions that will provide the results YOU want whilst promoting correct posture in everyday life.

Our personal trainers are leaders in the field. We will help you achieve the goals and body that you want through a range of exercise and training types.

If you want to lose weight, increase or improve strength, body tone, fitness or learn a new sport, a personal training package is the fastest and most accurate way to do this.

  • Founder (Head Coach)

    • International amateur boxer with over 55 bouts

    • National silver and bronze medallist

    • Former London ABA captain

    • BA (Hons) in Sports Coaching & Leisure Planning

    • Accomplished endurance athlete:

      • 235km Amazon Jungle Ultra (4th place)

      • 250km Sri Lanka Ultra

      • Rovaniemi 66km (cold weather foot race – 3rd place)

      • Yukon River Quest – 444-mile kayak race

      • Devizes to Westminster – 125-mile kayak race
