FIGHT CAMP

Push yourself to the limits and train like a boxer. This all-round class takes inspiration from the tried and tested methods of traditional boxing gyms. Whether is working the bag, the pads, the skipping ropes or powering through old school circuits, FIGHT CAMP will give you the authentic boxing experience.

BAG WORK

Train like a pro with this endurance-focused class that focuses on boxing drills and endurance exercises. Whether you are prepping for a fight or looking to build long lasting fitness, BAG WORK will get you there. (HR monitor required).

BOX FITNESS

Get fighting fit with our high intensity interval class. Combining high intensity bag work, bodyweight circuits and cardio equipment, BOX FITNESS will send your heart rate through the roof and build championship stamina.

BOX TECH’

Sharpen your skills and master the fundamentals in BOX TECH'. This class focuses on technique, footwork, and precision, making it perfect for beginners and seasoned boxers looking to refine their form.

BOX STRENGTH

Combine traditional boxing training with all round strength development in our BOX STRENGTH circuit class. Perfect for those looking to add strength to their skill in the ring and develop strength, power and conditioning.

SPARRING

Put your skills to the test in our sparring class. Ranging from technical sparring drills, through body sparring, to full contact sparring in the ring, this class allows people of all levels to experience boxing in its truest form.

Headguards and sparring gloves are provided – just bring your own gumshield.

BOXCLEVER SIGNATURE

Start off your Saturday in style with our BOXCLEVER SIGNATURE training session. This class will push you to the limits for one hour, coming technical work, bag drills and a range of full body, high-intensity exercises to leave you feeling like a champion!

Each class runs for 50 minutes.
