Photo and Filming Policy

We sometimes take photos and videos at BoxcleverLDN to share on our website and social media and in our marketing. This policy explains how we do it and how you can say no.
Classes and the gym floor
We'll only photograph or film adult members with their agreement. If you'd rather not appear, tell the coach or email hi@boxcleverldn.com and we'll make sure you're not included.
If you appear in something we've published and want it taken down, email us and we'll remove it from our own channels within 48 hours.
We never photograph or film in changing rooms or showers.
Events and filmed sessions
Some events, such as masterclasses, are professionally filmed. We'll always say so on the event page and before the session starts. If you'd prefer not to appear, tell us when you arrive and we'll seat or position you out of shot where we can.
Children and young people
We only photograph or film under-18s when a parent or guardian has given written consent on the registration form.
We never publish a child's full name, school or any detail that could identify where they are alongside their image.
Coaches never store images of children on personal phones.
Members taking photos
You're welcome to take photos and videos of yourself. Please don't photograph or film other members without their permission, and never in changing areas.
How we use and store images
Images are stored securely and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We don't sell images or pass them to third parties for their own marketing.
