Liability waiver.

By entering a BoxcleverLDN location, you agree that you fully understand the following liability waiver, and if you are unsure you will ask for interpretation to fully understand before you participate in any activity.

1. I confirm that I am aware that I will be participating in exercise that is physical in nature, and that should I need to check with a doctor beforehand, I have done so and it is safe for me to exercise.

2. I am able to exercise safely without the need of assistance.

3. I will never enter a BoxcleverLDN location under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. I am not currently suffering from any form of illness that may be made worst by exercising, and if I have any contraindications I will speak to a member of the team before I participate in a BoxcleverLDN service.

5. I understand I can be refused participation of any BoxcleverLDN service if a member of the team deems it unsafe for me.

6. I understand that I may participate in exercise which may incur some physical contact. I agree that this is acceptable, and waive any right of liability of injury against Box Clever Fitness Ltd.

7. I understand that I have been advised not to wear jewellery, and if I choose to wear jewellery, I do so at my own risk and waive any right of liability of injury against Box Clever Fitness ltd.

8. I am aware that any personal items brought to BoxclverLDN that is left in the lockers or not, is not the responsibility of Box Clever Fitness Ltd, and I do so at my own risk.

Disability Policy

At BoxcleverLDN we are very keen to make sure everyone can exercise, however, safety is very important. If you have a disability, by signing this waiver you confirm that you have spoken to your doctor and it is deemed safe for you to participate in a BoxcleverLDN service. If you have any doubts then please ask to speak to Management who will assess any precautions and measures we need to take to ensure safe exercising.

Allergies and Reactions

I understand that I will be wearing additional peripherals like boxing gloves, hand wraps, and HR monitors. These items contain plastics, fabrics and leather materials, and it is my responsibility to ensure I am not allergic to any of the products before using them. I agree to waive any liability to Box Clever Fitness Ltd if I have any allergic reaction to these products.

If any of the situations above change, then it is my responsibility to inform BoxcleverLDN prior to perticipating in any BoxcleverLDN service.
